Our Covid Policy

At Flight Link Cardiff we take our drivers health and wellbeing very seriously as we do with our clients protection.

All of our drivers are requested to inform us immediately if they display any Covid related symptoms and must undertake a PCR test and wait for a test result before they can undertake any work. In the event that a driver becomes aware they have had contact with an infected individual, the concerned driver will immediately self-isolate and stop working.

Once a driver has dropped off a client, prior to cleaning the vehicle, the driver will first wash his hands thoroughly, having completed this procedure, the driver will then focus on the sanitisation of the vehicle.

Our Step by step Procedure

• Full vehicle wash before and after each journey. 
• Wash your hands before each journey.
• No hand shaking or physical contact.
• In car hand sanitiser for clients.
• Use remote doors and boot opening where posable
• Always wear a face mask.
• Keep 2m distance.
• Sanitise all the touch points before and after each journey. 
• Drivers are required to follow all the necessary procedures prior to travel before and after each journey.
